ABOUT ME

Deandre walker

I am a certified personal trainer who holds a B.A. in Organizational Management.  I have a diverse athletic background that includes basketball, collegiate baseball and 22 years of martial arts training.  I was also a point sparring fighter for the world renowned Team Paul Mitchell, a professional sport karate team.

Over the last 9 years, I have provided fitness training and sports performance training to countless Bay Area residents.  My current services include personal, group, and sports performance sessions.  Sessions are offered daily in Oakland and/or San Leandro.  Please contact me for more information or to request a session.

WORKOUT OPTIONS

PERSONAL TRAINING

Program designed to target the needs and wants of the individual. Training methods are structured with the clients desired outcomes in mind.

GROUP TRAINING

Circuit style training designed to achieve results in these 5 areas: strength, muscle tone, muscular endurance, metabolism boosting and total body conditiong.

SPORTS TRAINING

Sports Training focuses on enhancing speed, agility, strength, endurance and conditioning to build the complete athlete.

Sessions are available in the afternoons and early evenings.  Please contact me to set up a session.
